Cancellation & Refund

We offer a 7-day return window, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your device to request a return. To be eligible for a refund or return, the GPS device must not be activated, installed, or used in any way. It must be in the exact same condition as delivered, without any physical damage, tampering, or wiring cuts, and must include all original accessories, cables, and packaging.

Please make a clear unboxing video while opening the package. This is required to process any return or refund request. Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to accept or review your claim.

To start a return, please contact us at  pixytan11@gmail.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the device. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos or videos so we can review the issue and take appropriate action.

If you wish to exchange your device, the fastest way is to return the unused and unactivated item. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement device.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned device. If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to complete the posting of the refund on their end.
