By using our website, mobile app, or tracking services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement. You agree to use our website and services responsibly and refrain from any actions that may disrupt our operations, compromise security, or involve illegal activities. You also agree to provide accurate information when placing orders or communicating with our support team.

Products and Services

Pixytan GPS Solutions provides GPS tracking devices along with yearly subscription-based tracking software. The performance of tracking services depends on factors such as network availability, GPS signal strength, correct installation, and active subscription status. We may modify, update, or discontinue any product or service without prior notice. Improvements or changes may be made to ensure better performance and ongoing system security.

Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, images, and details on our website are accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies, update information, or modify content at any time, including after an order has been placed. Such corrections will apply immediately.

Orders, Billing & Payments

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping details and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full amount. We may cancel or refuse orders if we suspect fraud, incorrect information, or any issue that may affect safe processing. If a payment fails, you are responsible for resolving the balance with your payment provider or with us directly.

Device Activation & Subscription

Pixytan GPS devices require a valid, active subscription for tracking functionality. Activation of software begins once the device is registered in our system, not necessarily on the purchase date. Subscription fees are non-refundable once the device is activated. Loss of service caused by expired subscriptions, poor network coverage, or incorrect installation is not the responsibility of Pixytan.

Installation & Usage

Correct installation is necessary for proper tracking accuracy. Pixytan is not responsible for any issues arising from improper installation by third-party technicians or self-installation. Damage caused during installation, incorrect wiring, or tampering may affect device performance and void warranty eligibility. We recommend professional installation for best results.

Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund policies are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Only unused, uninstalled, and unactivated devices qualify for a full refund. Once a device has been activated or shows signs of use or physical damage, it becomes ineligible for refunds. Subscription charges and technician service fees are non-refundable.

User Responsibilities

When using Pixytan GPS devices and services, you agree to use tracking data responsibly and legally. You must not use the devices to invade privacy, monitor individuals without consent, or engage in harmful or illegal activities. You are responsible for securing your login credentials and ensuring the device is used only on vehicles you own or have lawful permission to track. Any misuse of tracking data is solely your responsibility.

Prohibited Activities

You may not attempt to access our systems without authorization, reverse-engineer our software, tamper with device data, manipulate tracking information, or engage in any actions that compromise security. Such activities may result in suspension or termination of services without refund and may lead to legal consequences.

Limitation of Liability

Pixytan GPS Solutions is not liable for damages or losses caused by weak GPS signals, network interruptions, incorrect installation, unauthorized repairs, or physical damage to the device. We are not responsible for delays or inaccuracies caused by third-party telecom providers, weather conditions, or external technical issues. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or subscription.

Warranty

Pixytan GPS devices come with a one-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects only. The warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, burnt circuits, wire cuts, tampering, or issues caused by improper installation or unauthorized repairs. Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and the device’s IMEI number.

Termination of Services

We may terminate or restrict access to our services if you violate these Terms, misuse our tracking systems, engage in fraudulent activity, or create security risks. Termination of service does not qualify you for refunds of subscription fees or past payments.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes related to the use of our website, devices, or services will fall under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
